A prestigious Dental Practice in Sandton, Johannesburg, is seeking a well-spoken and organised Dental Practice Manager to join their team in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, be proficient in computer literacy, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to multitask, remain calm in busy situations, and maintain a friendly and polite demeanour with patients is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and a vibrant personality are a must. Knowledge of Solumed or any other billing system is required, though Solumed training can be provided if necessary. A personal vehicle is also required.
Some Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties
- Answering phones and managing bookings
- Preparing statements and quotes
- Processing payments
- Filing and month-end reporting
- Ordering and managing stock
Working Hours: 07:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: R19,500 gross per month
