A prestigious Dental Practice in Rosebank, Johannesburg is seeking a skilled and professional Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to patient care. Experience in dental or medical office settings is preferred.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing appointments,
- Coordinating treatment plans,
- Handling billing and payments,
- Ensuring an exceptional patient experience
Salary: R17,000 gross (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 & Saturdays 08:00 - 12:30, with an option to discuss one Saturday off per month.
