A well-established Dental Practice in Sandton, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team and provide professional support to two dedicated dentists. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a friendly demeanour that helps patients feel welcome and at ease.
Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Managing the front office and interacting with patients
- Proficient in Solumed Plus software
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Preparing and typing reports as needed
- Handling telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintaining organised filing systems
- Finances
Requirements:
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and neatness
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Remuneration: R15,000 – R20,000 per month (gross), depending on experience. (4 day work week!)
