Our team uses various online resources, social media platforms, and specialised recruiting software to find skilled, motivated employees for permanent placements and long-term locums.
Finding candidates that will fit in perfectly with your team is our main aim. This means we search for and pre-screen all candidates based on your specific needs.
We will present suitable candidates to you, and on request, we can schedule telephonic, video call or one-on-one interviews.
Our competitive recruitment fee is only payable once you appoint a candidate that has been introduced by MedE Recruit. We don’t require any upfront fees.
List and Recruit
If you’re seeking staff but don’t want to pay recruiting fees or sales commissions, give our list and recruit services a try. This is a DIY recruiting solution where we market your vacancy, but we aren’t involved in the recruiting process. You will receive candidate CVs directly to your inbox.
Here’s what we offer as part of this recruitment service:
- Advertising your position on our website for at least 60 days
- Sharing your vacancy with our social media networks three times over a two-month period
- Social media networks include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Advertising your position twice within 60 days via our Classified Newsletter or Newsflash Email
- Optional extras include boosting social media posts (paid advertising)
