Our clients are looking for a dynamic individual to join their Speech Therapy and Audiology practice in Bloemfontein as a Medical Receptionist. Previous work experience in a medical practice is a requirement. The ideal starting date is 1 July 2024.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in billing systems, preferably Vertex P4L or similar programs
- Ability to handle medical aid claims and authorizations
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Language Requirement: Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Salary: R11660 gross per month
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the practice. Your responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, handling billing information, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
