A busy Dental Practice in Montana, Pretoria, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Dental Accountant/Administrator. This key role involves managing various administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Dental Administration and Accounting. It is a requirement to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in dental administration and accounting.
The candidate MUST be comfortable in doing the duties listed below:
- Debit and credit control to maintain accurate financial records
- Daily accounting tasks, including invoice management and bookkeeping
- Regular inventory checks and stock management
- Managing accounting up to the final trial balance using software such as Pastel or Sage
- Bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Utilising Dental field knowledge to assist at the reception when necessary
Salary: Between R16,000 to R18,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
- Two Saturdays a month: 08:00 - 13:00
